How to tell if your angel is a mentor or a critic
Looking forward, rather than backward, is a key characteristic of an angel who is on your team as a mentor, rather than a critic. Read on for more tips to help you separate the critics from the counselors in your business.

We can all learn from both of these approaches, but in my view the mentor is far more valuable than a critic. A mentor’s goal is to help you build your strengths to avoid problems and pitfalls, while a critic feels compelled to point out your weaknesses.
