Hotel Accommodations
Make your reservations at 800.621.4505. Mention ‘NASVF’ to obtain the discount room rate of $169. A block of rooms is being held through October 10, 2003. The special rate is available for November 7-13, 2004. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is prior to 12 noon.

Invitations
The Conference is an invitation-only event. If you have an invitation, you may register here. Those who would like to be considered for an invitation may complete a request to attend form or contact the Conference Registrar at aoakley@nasvf.org (phone 918.712.1230).

Conference Fees
Conference registration fees paid by July 31 are $595, by September 30 are $695 and after that date are $795. Registrations not paid in full by October 17, 2004 may be released to the waiting list. The Conference is limited to 350 and will be fully booked.

Seminar Fees
The registration fee for the Swing for the Fences-Seed Investing for Entrepreneurs is $395.

Refunds
Refunds are available, minus a $75 handling fee, for written cancellations received by October 17, 2004. No fees will be refunded after this date.

Attire
Business casual is appropriate for all conference sessions.
